1. Who I am
This website is run by Ciara Grazier, trading as Coach Ciara, in Ireland. I am the data controller for your personal data. Contact: grazierciarapt@gmail.com.
2. What I collect
Name and email, when you sign up for the meal plan, a free programme or a newsletter, or buy a programme.
Your calculator answers (age, height, weight, goal and so on). These are worked out in your browser. If you ask for your meal plan, a summary of your results is sent with your sign-up so I can match the plan to you.
Orders and member accounts: what you bought, when, and your login. Payments are handled by Squarespace and its payment providers (Stripe/PayPal). I never see your card details.
Workout logs: what you enter in the programme logger is stored only on your own device and browser, not sent to me.
Basic visit statistics (pages viewed, device type, rough location) through Squarespace Analytics.
3. Why I use it, and the legal basis
To give you what you signed up for or bought: contract.
To send marketing emails (new recipes, Movement Monday, programme news), only if you ticked the box: consent. You can unsubscribe any time with one click.
To understand how the site is used and keep it working: legitimate interest.
4. Who else handles it
Squarespace (website, forms, member accounts, email); Stripe and PayPal (payments); YouTube/Google (exercise demo videos embedded on the site) and Google reCAPTCHA (stops spam sign-ups).
These companies process data on my behalf under their own GDPR terms. Some are based outside the EU and use approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long I keep it
Purchases and member accounts: as long as you have access, plus up to 6 years for tax records. Email list: until you unsubscribe. Sign-up and form messages: up to 2 years, unless you become a customer.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, take back your consent, or object to how it is used. Email me at grazierciarapt@gmail.com and I will reply within one month. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
7. Cookies
The site uses essential cookies so it works (for example your cart and login). Analytics and video cookies are only used if you click Accept on the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top.
